8. Virus Protection and Compatibility

• While certain precautions have been taken to detect computer viruses and ensure security, we cannot guarantee that the Website is virus-free and secure.
• We shall not be liable for any loss or damage which occurs as a result of any virus or breach of security. We do not give any warranties as to the compatibility of the Website with your computer systems, software and/or hardware.
• 9.  Returns and Refund Policy

• If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods please contact us immediately. You are entitled to receive a replacement order or a full refund including the cost of postage and packaging. Contact us on 01252 719071 and we will give you details on how to return your product without being liable for postage.

  We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery.   If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, incomplete orders or incorrect delivery, you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped and boxed securely and for your protection we recommend that you obtain a 'certificate of postage' from the Post Office as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. 

  Replacement goods will be sent to you free of additional postage and packaging costs using our standard delivery tariff (Royal Mail 2nd class).
