sunflower oil has high amounts of vitamins A, B, D and E as well as minerals, lethicin, inulin, and unsaturated fatty acids so is very good for the skin. Due to its lethicin content it can help emulsify oils so is good for use in creams and lotions.  It is absorbed relatively quickly by the skin.
