Epsom and Deep Sea Salts are well known for their health benefits including relaxing the nervous system, flushing out toxins, easing muscle pain and increasing the production of Seratonin, the feel good chemical. The magnesium in the salts can also be especially helpful during the 2nd half of the cycle when magnesium levels plummet and PMS symptoms appear. The combination of these together with specially selected hormone balancing essential oils make these salts a must have.
These Hormoner Harmoniser bath salts were created for women. During a woman's cycle, Magnesium levels can fluctuate. The higher the estrogen or progesterone, the lower the magnesium. During the second half of the menstrual cycle, when both estrogen and progesterone are elevated, magnesium plummets. This can result in spasms in the brain arteries — a prelude to PMS and migraines. Increasing magnesium via an Epsom Salts bath can help relieve PMS-related symptoms, such as headaches, bloating, low blood sugar, dizziness, fluid retention and sugar cravings. The combination of Epsom Salts together with our specially chosen blend of essential oils which historically are known for balancing hormones and being beneficial for the female cycle.
To use: Fill a warm bath and add at least 1/2 cup of bath Salts and soak for at least 15 minutes.

Packaging: Unless a gift box has been requested, all items will be sent out in Freya Natural Therapy Drawstring bag, and securely wrapped with cardboard padding and sealed in a cardboard mail box.
Gift Boxes: These are available on request on all items. Simply tick ‘add Gift box’ upon checkout.
Gift boxes are £2.50. Gift box items will be securely placed in a cardboard mail box and dispatched.
Postal disputes: If a postal dispute is scheduled, Freya Natural Therapy will honour published costs and secure alternative courier facility. If, however, product has already been dispatched, we regret that we will be unable to send out repeat product orders without further payment.
